Preparing for a Bodywork Session

Clinical Thai Bodywork is performed fully clothed on a cotton mat on the floor. After scheduling a session I will send you an intake form, please fill it out with as much detail as possible, and send it back to me at least a few days in advance. Please wear comfortables loose-fitting clothes, without buttons, zippers or pockets. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive earlier than this, we may not be able to let you in as we may be still in session.
